Unofficial Results: Gunnar Hand Projected to Win KCMO School Board Seat

With almost all precincts reporting, it looks like Gunnar Hand is the newest member of the Kansas City, Missouri School District Board of Education. At 10:23 p.m., unofficial results from the Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners showed 14 out of 16 precincts reporting. Hand was leading with 62.13 percent of the vote.
