Park Hill School District’s Board of Education met Thursday evening, March 28. From a policy standpoint, the highlights of the agenda were:
- A “Demographic Profile” report projecting increasing enrollment resulting in a need for building new schools about eight years from now;
- A report on development of next year’s budget projecting no change in property tax revenues, a slight increase in sales tax revenues, a slight increase in state funding and a $200,000 decrease in federal funding due to sequestration.
