Board Selects Todd Burr to Fill Vacancy
In a special meeting tonight, the Park Hill Board of Education selected Todd Burr to fill the vacant seat on the Board left by the resignation of Fred Sanchez.
Burr was one of seven candidates who applied for the empty seat and attended tonight’s meeting, where the Board interviewed them. The other interviewees were Jeff Goodwin, Edward Stephens, Benjamin Bell, Mary Florence, Bobbi Woodward and Ted Mitchell.
Burr will be sworn in at tomorrow night’s Board meeting, and he will serve on the Board until April, when the community will elect someone to fill the remaining two years of Sanchez’s term.
