With almost all precincts reporting, it looks like Steve Roberts may be the newest member of the Kansas State Board of Education, representing District 2. That district comprises voters in parts of the Blue Valley, De Soto, Olathe, Shawnee Mission and Turner School Districts.
At 10:50 p.m., unofficial results from the Kansas Secretary of State’s website showed 229 out of 230 precincts reporting. Roberts was leading with 53 percent of the vote.
