With almost all precincts reporting, it looks like Gunnar Hand is the newest member of the Kansas City, Missouri School District Board of Education.
At 10:23 p.m., unofficial results from the Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners showed 14 out of 16 precincts reporting. Hand was leading with 62.13 percent of the vote.
