Unofficial results show newcomers Terry D. Krier and Troy W. Snelling have won election to the two open seats on the Excelsior Springs School District Board of Education.
Incumbent Charles Harkins III plus newcomers Gerald Lewis and Robert Barnes also ran.
According to the Clay County Board of Election Commissioners, votes were 567 for Krier, 542 for Snelling, 516 for Harkins, 256 for Barnes and 70 for Lewis.
